1. Pilot Program

GenCart is currently operating as a closed pilot program. Access is granted by invitation only. Participation does not constitute a commercial relationship and may be modified or terminated at any time at GenCart's sole discretion.

As a pilot participant, you acknowledge that:

• The platform is in an early, pre-release stage and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

• Features, interfaces, and functionality may change without prior notice.

• Your feedback may be used to improve the product.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the pilot, you must:

• Be a duly authorized representative of a merchant business.

• Have received a formal invitation from GenCart.

• Agree to these Terms of Use in full.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use GenCart solely for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of GenCart.

• Use the platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

• Share your access credentials with any third party.

• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform unless explicitly authorized.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials made available through GenCart — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation — are the exclusive property of GenCart and its licensors. No license or right is granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

5. Data and Feedback

By participating in the pilot, you agree that GenCart may collect usage data, logs, and feedback to evaluate and improve the platform. Any feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

GenCart will handle your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality

The GenCart pilot program, its features, and any non-public information you access are confidential. You agree not to disclose or publicize any aspect of the pilot without prior written consent from GenCart.
